Client care is at the heart of our practice. We aim to provide seamless international legal services to our clients and take care to ensure that milestones are achieved and goals are met. Despite the depth of our knowledge and the wealth of our experience, our ultimate aim is to ensure that robust services are provided at an affordable price.

Our strengths in the law are easily observed in our online legal publishing platforms such as our Immigration Blog and our Corporate Blog. Our contributions to the analysis, study and dissemination of legal information demonstrate our commitment to producing high quality legal publications.

Mr Asad Ali Khan also regularly contributes to acclaimed professional journals such as The Company Lawyer (Sweet and Maxwell). His recent articles in The Company Lawyer include Benchmarks and Regulation: Key Lessons of UK Reforms for South Asia, Comp. Law. 2017, 38(11), 335-42 and Personal Accountability in Pakistani Financial Services – A Briefing on the Companies Bill 2015 and Lessons from the UK Senior Managers Regime, Comp. Law. 2016, 37(6), 193-194. He also contributes to other online publications such as the UKSC Blog.

Indeed, our work is very well regarded in the West by academics and lawyers alike and there is no parallel to it in South Asia’s local legal fraternity. We routinely provide expert reports on Pakistani law to assist the English courts in proceedings where issues arise relating to the interaction of UK-Pakistan law. Our expert reports assist the English courts on issues connected to the UK-Pakistan Protocol on Children Matters, Pakistan’s accession to the Hague Convention, and the consequences of removing British children from the jurisdiction. We are also renowned for providing expert legal opinions in relation to Pakistan corporate law including themes connected to banking, construction, energy, media, telecommunications and property law and the interface of these fields with civil and criminal procedure.

Because of our longstanding involvement in international law, we possess a natural flair for public law and routinely also advise on the process of inter-country adoption. Because we are a modern and multilingual law firm, members of our staff speak Arabic, English, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, Sindhi, Pashto and Urdu. We place serious emphasis on the dissemination of legal information through social media and blogging. This blog is written to provide readers with news, case analysis and commentary on immigration, asylum and nationality law. It should never be read for the purposes of taking legal advice.
