Detention, enforcement and removals revised

The UKBA has revised  3 chapters of thier enforcement instructions and guidance. The said chapters are:

Apart from republishing the above the agency continues to talk tough. Lately it has really been boasting about its sting operations. But illegal working is rampant in the UK. Most shops in every neighbourhood have someone working illegally and the UKBA is powerless to prevent it.

However, the agency is using the government’s illegal cap to refuse applications for CoS assignments just to get even.
