Online system apology offered by Agency

Today the UKBA has offered an apology for the fact that its online application system was down.

Those of us who do sponsorship licence applications will know the hazards of the passwords which just don’t work and the logins which just can’t happen when you need them to. And then there are the deadlines. In the afternoons Monday to Friday the system is generally overloaded and crashes. A dreadful mess!

However, the Agency very decently offered this apology to its “customers”:

“Due to technical problems our apply online system is temporarily unavailable. We are trying to fix the problems as quickly as possible and we will update this message when we have done so.”
